All climbing materials are intact, perfectly working and guaranteed by the producer.
The client who rents the item is bound to verify the integrity together with Explorando Supramonte employee.

When the gear is returned, an Explorando Supramonte emplyee will check the integrity.

In case a climbing or camping item is broken, the client will refund Explorando Supramonte.
