First stage: from Margine to Cala Sisine, along S’istrada Longa.
Hiking time: 5/6h. Elevation: -850 m
Second stage: from Cala Sisine to Cala Biriala.
Hiking time: 6h . Elevation: +200 m, -200 m.
Technical difficulties: via ferrata of Plummare, very exposed, rappels up to 50 m
Third stage: from Cala Biriala to Grotta del Fico.
Hiking time: 6h. ELevation: +500 m, -500 m.
Technical difficulties: rappels up to 30 m
Fourth stage: from Grotta del Fico to Cala Mariolu.
Hiking time: 6/7h. Elevation: +500 m Dislivello, -500 m.
Technical difficulties: very exposed passages.
Fifth stage: from Cala Mariolu to Goloritzé.
Hiking time: 6/7h. Elevation: + 200 m.
Technical difficulties: rappels, exposed passages.
At the end of the day, boat trip back to the Marina of S. Maria Navarrese
